Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we are always willing to offer combined shipping for our items. Please request a combined invoice when you have completed bidding on our items. If the items are unsafe or unfit to ship in the same box, we may have to ship the items in separate parcels.
Do you ship to international locations?
Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world, as long as your country permits the delivery of the particular good to your country. There are certain items that we sell that are not allowed to leave the country. International Bidders, please email us prior to bidding to confirm and to obtain a shipping quote.
How do I track my item shipped outside of the USA?
You will receive an automatic email from Paypal or the shipping company (USPS, DHL, or UPS) when your shipping label is created. For customers in China, with APO addresses, or any parcels taken down to the Post Office, you will receive an email from our International Shipping Department.
How do I track my item shipped in the USA?
If you paid via Paypal, you will receive an automatic email from Paypal or DHL with your shipment information when your shipping label is created. If you paid with Money Order or Cashier's Check, you will receive an automatic email from USPS, UPS, or DHL when your shipping label is created. If you do not receive the email with your shipping information, the shipment status is accessible on the auction. Click on SHIPMENT STATUS to view this information. Please keep in mind that USPS Priority Mail shipment numbers are not tracking numbers. They are confirmation numbers and will not give you the exact location of your item such as a tracking number will.
